Interaction

This home is self guest check-in and check-out with the smart keypad code given for the front door for your convenience to check-in whenever for those coming into town super late. We are always quick to respond and are nearby if needed!!

We also have a total of four exterior security cameras located on the exterior of the entire home, two on the front porch and two in the rear steps of the home and will be on 24/7 during your stay for your safety! We also have two noise monitors that will be on 24/7 (one in the living room and one in the kitchen) that will measure noise levels only, thank you!!

Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!

Modern Designed Home 🏘️
Our home is a duplex with the home next door an Airbnb (Welcome to the Jungle<- check it out!) that we also offer! Each home is completely separate & private from one another but please keep in mind there is a shared wall between the two homes!
* you can book both sides for bigger groups (up to 16 guests)

The home has three floors total: 🏡
The first floor contains the living room space, additional half bathroom, kitchen area & laundry area. The second floor contains the master bedroom with one queen sized bed & the master bathroom. And lastly, the third floor has the additional two Queen beds for bigger groups!!

Please take note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly!

It is located right across the street from a convenience store/gas station which our guests love for quick snacks & groceries! 🥨

Prime location near the highway and near the famous North High Street so with possible noise from the busy street but we got your back with white noise machine in every room! 🐦🎵

Our professional cleaners truly do an amazing job at thoroughly deep cleaning the home to ensure it’s sparkling clean & sanitized for you! ✨

📸 We have hosted many many MANY photoshoots at our Jungle House ™ so inquire about our hourly and nightly rates if interested!

❗ This home has limited space for dining and seating so we would highly recommend for you to check out best places Columbus has to offer!

🔔 Children should always be supervised by an adult as some features (open stairwell etc.,) of the Jungle House may not be suitable for children

We offer both early check-in or late check-out options below for an additional add-on for each if needed.. just let us know!

- 1 Hr Early Check-In: 3PM instead ($25)

🎂 Celebrating a birthday? We also have a $60 birthday package that includes a happy birthday banner on the accent wall, a chocolate cake with gold candles & a complimentary bottle of champagne!

For large group : we have Queen Air Mattress for a much comfortable sleep! Just a friendly reminder that we have limited space for dining and seating so we would highly recommend for you to take advantage of the best places Columbus has to offer! Nevertheless, your additional guests will sleep like a baby on our Queen Air Matters! 😴

House Rules

Breaking any of the house rules above and below will result in a charge of $300 each, subject to charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with these house rules.
- Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason.. they are very sensitive and we want them to stay healthy for all to enjoy!
- No loud music is allowed at anytime and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. (noise detecting technology may be used in the suite to monitor excessive noise levels)
- No parties, small gatherings or events are allowed (exterior video surveillance located outside may be used to monitor activity)
- No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (we do allow smoking outside the home only)
-vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home, If any smoking discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation
- No additional (unregistered) guests allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. We can kindly modify the reservation if plans change and more guests are needed but we reserve the right to cancel this reservation with no refund if this rule is broken
- Pets (ALL PETS) are allowed for a fee of $35 per pet, per day (up to $150 cap per pet for the entire stay), please notify us prior to booking as host approval is required. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet (bestie), additional charge of $300 will apply for any damages/stains from your pet. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, additional pet and cleaning fees could apply
- Airbnb Pet fee: For guests staying for 2 or more nights, a payment request will be sent for $35 per pet, per night as Airbnb only covers for the first night per pet, not the whole stay
- No photography or any commercial use on the premise without written permission from the host
- Furniture is not to be re-arranged
- Tampering with exterior surveillance and/or noise monitors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund - Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100
- And most importantly.. enjoy and come again!!

Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Guests must report any property damage, any unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

PS by choosing to book our home, you agree to allow our plant specialists to come for approx 30 min around 12pm (only if staying during a Friday) to come water/care for our many plants to ensure they keep thriving!

Cancellation Policy

For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

A non-refundable 5% fee for any cancellations done after booking.

Rescheduling of the reservation is subject to approval and availability. A change fee will apply to any date alteration requests. Please note, we can offer the change option only once and further cancellations after the change option are subject to no refunds. For any questions, please reach out to us any time!
